Matsuri Japanese street food was established in 2018. Our core mission was to create an authentic Japanese street food experience for the people of Adelaide, and to share our love of food in general.

Owner & Founder Sayumi Udagawa completed her studies as a registered nutritionist in Shizuoka, Japan, and has always had a clear passion for food and feeding others.

​

Originally starting out with a small food cart located in the Adelaide CBD, we have recently upgraded to a food trailer setup and now have the flexibility to trade in more weather conditions and more locations across Adelaide, and provide even better service to our loyal customers.

​

We hope you come and try our freshly made from scratch (with passion) Takoyaki, Okonomiyaki, Karaage, Harajuku style crepes and others one day soon!
